Refund & Return Policy for Birdie with Benefits:
All Sales Final — Digital Products
All purchases from Birdie with Benefits are for digital video content and are therefore non-refundable once delivered.
However, we want you to love your Birdie video. Here's our commitment to you:
We will remake your video if:
- The video contains a factual error based on details you provided (wrong name, wrong occasion, etc.)
- The video was not delivered within 48 hours of your order
We will not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Videos that have already been delivered and viewed
- Dissatisfaction with Birdie's personality or humor (she's an acquired taste 😏)
How to Request a Remake: Email birdie@birdiewithbenefits.com within 48 hours of receiving your video with your order number and what needs to be corrected. We'll make it right within 24 hours.
Undelivered Videos: If you haven't received your video within 48 hours, check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Email us and we'll resend immediately.
