User-Generated Content & Social Media Permission

By purchasing a video from Birdie with Benefits, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Content Submission: Any videos, images, or information you submit to Birdie with Benefits ("submitted content") may be used to create your personalized video.

Social Media & Promotional Use: Birdie with Benefits reserves the right to share, repost, or repurpose delivered videos and related content on social media platforms, websites, and other promotional materials. We will never share your personal contact information (email, phone number, or address).

Opt-Out: If you do not wish for your video to be shared on social media, please indicate this by leaving the social media permission checkbox unchecked at the time of your order, or email us at birdie@birdiewithbenefits.com within 24 hours of purchase.

No Compensation: You agree that no compensation is owed for the use of shared content in promotional materials.
