All products sold by Birdie with Benefits are digital video files. There is no physical shipping involved with any purchase.
Video Delivery Your personalized Birdie video will be delivered directly to the email address provided at checkout within 48 hours of your order being placed.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery: within 48 hours of purchase
- Peak periods may occasionally take up to 72 hours
- You will receive an email notification when your video is ready
Didn't Receive Your Video? First, check your spam or junk folder — our emails occasionally end up there. If you still can't find it after 48 hours, email us at birdie@birdiewithbenefits.com with your order number and we'll resend it immediately.
Wrong Email Address Please double-check your email address at checkout. If you entered an incorrect email address, contact us at birdie@birdiewithbenefits.com as soon as possible with your order number and we'll redirect your video.
No Physical Shipping As all products are digital, there are no shipping fees, tracking numbers, or physical deliveries associated with any Birdie with Benefits purchase.
